1.What is our Processing Time?

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Shop-telescopes.com’s hours of service are Monday-Sunday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (PST).

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Sunday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

2.Where do we ship from?

Our warehouse address is 732 Harmony Rd, Newark, Delaware, and your Binoculars products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

We are committed to providing the highest quality Binoculars products and services to our customers in the United States.

We believe that focusing on one market allows us to serve our customers more professionally and better.

Currently, we only support orders from the United States.

3.What is our Shipping Cost?

For all US orders, we will ship via Fedex Shipping with no shipping charges.

Shipping time is 2-5 business days.

4.Delivery time

Our delivery time is 3-8 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00 pm.

5. Who is responsible for the tax?

The sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and is not borne by the merchant, thank you for your understanding.

6.About the packaging

Our Binoculars will be packaged in a thickened carton, the inside of our package is padded with plastic foam to prevent Binoculars from breaking during shipping.

After receiving the Binoculars, if there is any problem (such as broken, cracked, scratched lenses, blurred lenses and other conditions that cannot be used properly), please email us via [email protected], and we will arrange free return or exchange for you.
