1.What is our Return Processing Time?

Shop-telescopes.com’s hours of service are Monday-Sunday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (PST).

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Sunday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected].

We will give you priority processing.

2.How do I cancel my order?

Thank you for placing an order for an item at Shop-telescopes.com.

If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

(1) Login to your account and go to the account order details page.

(2) On the account order details page, you can view the status of your order.

If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing”, the order has not been processed and you can request to cancel the order.

(3) Please note that our order cancellation time is within 2 hours after the order is placed, if more than 2 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

(4) If your order is successfully cancelled, we will refund your payment to your account within 1-2 business days.

3.How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Binoculars products arrives.

If you have received the Binoculars products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

4. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as broken, cracked, scratched lenses, blurred lenses and other conditions that cannot be used properly) with Binoculars, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Shop-telescopes.com.

(2) If returned for personal reasons ( such as do not like ,do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

5. Return Process

Returns of Binoculars products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Binoculars products support returns and exchanges within 14 natural days.

(2) You can only return Binoculars products purchased online at Shop-telescopes.com.

(3)Quality problems (such as broken, cracked, scratched lenses, blurred lenses and other conditions that cannot be used properly) of Binoculars products before they are used.

If you need to return an item, you may do so as follows:

(1) Contact customer service via email to request a return.

Please contact our customer service Nikki Vanoy at [email protected] within 14 natural days of receiving the Binoculars, we will prioritize your order.

(2) Request a return on the account order details page.

You can log in to your account and go to the account order details to request a return.

After you have requested a return, please send the Binoculars product packaged and addressed to 732 Harmony Rd, Newark, Delaware.

After shipping, please send the name of the Name of courier company and the Tracking number to our customer service Nikki Vanoy via [email protected].

We will process your return order as soon as possible.

6.Refund amount

Once the returned Binoculars arrives at Shop-telescopes.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
